Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the box price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the box arrived damaged.
Opened surprises are final, because opening them is what you paid for. That rule does not apply to damage or defects.
If anything arrives damaged or defective, email hello@surprisesell.com within 7 days with photos. We replace the item or refund that portion of the order.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Points used on a refunded order are returned to your account.
